Module content | This module provides students with the foundations of research literacy in qualitative inquiry; Using real-life exemplars from educational contexts, students learn the theory and methods associated with various approaches to qualitative research including case study research, historical research, ethnographic research, and action research; Students will gain applied competence in at least two qualitative methods such as structured observations, semi structured interviews, content analysis, and questionnaire design; Students are provided with the basic concepts and strategies for pursuing advanced educational research training at higher levels of study. |
